Applicants wishing to make application to a nursing home in New Brunswick must be assessed through the long term care placement system called the Single Entry Point System (SEP). Inquires can be made through the Department of Social Development.
As part of the SEP process you will be asked to complete applications to your top three nursing home choices. Our application for admission form must be completed and received prior to admission. A tour of our facility is welcomed and encouraged. Please call 506-488-3544 to arrange your tour.
